No you do not need to join a gym, but you need to have access to an adjustable set of dumbbells, a suspension trainer/TRX, an appropriate workout bench and an appropriate safe space to perform the exercises in.
All foods and meals within the plan are only suggested, none are necessary to eat. If you are intolerant or allergic, replace the food/s with suitable alternatives or choose another meal.
I have tried to keep the plan true to my typical dietary intake, so some of the meals contain meat, fish, eggs or a small amount of dairy. But there is instruction within the guide on how to adapt the diet as a pescatarian/vegetarian to make sure you get great transformation results as well.
The workouts are designed to be approximately 30-45 minutes long.
You can blend you own training with that in the plan if you prefer.
Yes you can still play sport while following the plan.
If you have any injury, have it checked by a doctor or physiotherapist before undertaking any physical activity, training or training regimen. They will advise you whether you are able to train based on their professional opinion.
